If paying by credit card, select the tests and number of tests and checkout through the website. Continue through the checkout process and select the credit card option for payment. Your tests will be sent to the "ship to" address in your FTS registration.

If your agency would like to pay via purchase order, please download an order form on the test subscription page at www.forensic-testing.net.   The order form may be faxed to 517-579-4847 or emailed to info@forensic-testing.net .

Please note that test prices are subject to change until ordered.

Prices include shipping within the continental United States. Orders to Canada or Puerto Rico will be billed a surcharge or $40.00 USD per test for shipping and handling. Orders to all other countries will be billed a surcharge of $120.00 USD per test for shipping and handling.   Our international customers who order several tests may also contact us for a custom shipping quotation.
